This Privacy Policy explains what information Zirra collects, why, and how we handle it. We collect only what's needed to run the service.

When you sign in with X (Twitter), we store the basic profile your X account shares with us: your user ID, username, display name, and avatar. We use this to create and identify your account.

If you connect Telegram to receive alerts, we store your Telegram chat ID, username, first name, and your notification preference. You can disconnect at any time, which removes this data.

The tokens you track and your alert preferences (such as timeframe filters and active/inactive state).

Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and session identifiers, trial end date, and whether your subscription is active. We do not see or store your card details — those are handled directly by Stripe under their privacy policy.

We set a single secure, signed, HttpOnly cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Your browser also temporarily stores sign-in state locally during the login flow.

We use Sentry to capture technical errors so we can fix them. These reports may include your account ID, username, and display name to help us diagnose issues. Error monitoring is disabled in development.

We share data only with the providers required to run the service:

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your associated data. Error logs are retained for a limited period and then automatically deleted.
